Drill small hole in the cornor of the back cover  |

Insert a small nail in the hole  |
Bend the cornor of the back as shown below  |
|
Bend back the (4) tabs in the case with cutters to release the back  |
 |
|
Slide a knife under the cover  |
Work the knife down the cover to take it from the case  |
|
Remove the back  |
common fault is broken solder connection or voltage regulator  Did you check the inline
fuse?
